What we collect

• Nginx server logs (IP, timestamp, URL requested) — retained 14 days, used only for debugging and security. Auto-rotated, never shared.
• Anything you voluntarily send via email to [email protected]. Stored only as long as needed to reply.
• Aggregate usage statistics via Google Analytics 4 (pages viewed, traffic source, approximate region, device type). GA4 sets cookies in your browser.
• The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes request data, including IP addresses, to serve and protect the site.

What we don't do

• No accounts, no logins.
• No email list, no newsletter, no marketing.
• No sale of data.
• No profiling.

Business listings

Businesses displayed in the Contractor Directory are sourced from public registers (QBCC, WorkSafe Queensland, SOR) and Overture Maps open data. Tourism operators are sourced from the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW). All data is factual and drawn from those sources. If you believe your listing is incorrect, email [email protected].

Your rights

Australian Privacy Principles apply. You can request data we hold on you, correction, or deletion via [email protected].
