About QLD2032

QLD2032.com is an independent Queensland platform connecting businesses, estimators, developers and government with the state's infrastructure and procurement landscape.

Our Mission

We turn fragmented Queensland public data — planning, procurement, licensing, workforce, property, tenders — into practical tools. Property intelligence, live tender dashboards, development application tracking, licensed contractor search, workforce data and construction cost indices. Cross-matched, deduplicated, free to use.

What We Offer

Our Story: Established 2019

Founded July 2019 with the foresight that Queensland was entering a decade of transformation. Long before the official infrastructure boom began, we were building the digital framework to support local business growth.

We are not a pop-up directory. We are a long-standing independent resource committed to Queensland's economic future.

How We're Different

We're not a portal reseller. We're not a tender aggregator. We're not owned by a builder, developer, council or the Queensland Government. We maintain our independence by staying small, staying cheap, and staying honest about what the data shows.

Infrastructure

QLD2032.com is built entirely on Google Cloud — Compute Engine for the web layer, BigQuery for the data layer (100M+ rows across 20+ Queensland government datasets), and the Gemini API for enrichment. The platform runs native PHP without a CMS.

Independence

QLD2032.com is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Australian Olympic Committee, the International Olympic Committee, or any official Olympic bodies. Our use of "2032" refers to Queensland's future growth, not any specific event.
