Accuracy is the only currency this platform holds, so errors in published figures are logged here within 24 hours of discovery, corrected at source, and the pre-correction data retained as a receipt. Entries marked FOUND INTERNALLY were caught by our own audits, not external reports.
A load-level audit found 5,223 rows (1.1%) duplicated at ingestion in the primary disclosure corpus, and 33 in the historical corpus. Aggregate contractor totals moved $324.5B → $323.2B (−0.4%). Deduplication is now structural in the serving views, so re-loaded source files can no longer double-count. Found internally, corrected same day.
From 15 April the badge aggregation unioned a source table later measured as 99.9% duplicated within the primary corpus. The serving table carried the inflation and was rebuilt daily by an otherwise healthy pipeline. Corrected 8 August: aggregate $345.9B → $324.5B (−6.2%); individual supplier totals moved by up to $1.79B; supplier count 114,589 → 114,507. Found in an internal supplier-resolution audit, corrected same day, pre-correction snapshot retained.
