About Wild Nature Lodge

Wild Nature Lodge is set within a globally renowned Nature Reserve, with over 240 bird species and an abundance of other wildlife unique to the area. Several mammals reside in and around the lodge, including some endangered species. For lovers of nature. Opened in 2022, the lodge is dedicated to providing quiet, peaceful interaction with nature. There are only three boutique, safari-style tents sleeping a maximum of three in each tent. So the lodge can only have a limit of 9 guests at any one time. Ensuring a unique, intimate experience with nature. Wake up to the chorus of bird calls! Wildlife is prolific in and around the lodge grounds. Despite being in the heart of nature, the lodge is fully accessible by self-drive two wheel drive. The lodge is located approximately 25 minutes from Mareeba., in Far North Queensland. They now offer a specialised guided night tour, so book onto their Nocturnal Creatures Tour (with a sunset glass of wine or beer and nibbles included). The lodge offers self-contained accomodation. Feel free to bring your own supplies and enjoy cooking in our fully equiped commercial shared kitchen, or make use of their separate barbecue area. Dining on their expansive deck overlooking the wetlands lake is an exquisite experience.
