The drinks list moves with the day, frozen and refreshing while the sun is high, then more elevated as the light turns golden over the coastline. The food is global favourites with a modern twist, made to share. As the sun sets, the kitchen turns to the grill, with seasonal plates cooked over fire and seasoned simply.
