The room is specially designed where salt is affixed to the walls and loose salt covers the whole floor. The halo generator grinds salt into fine particles which are sent into the cave and absorbed through your skin and lungs. Salt Therapy is known to have positive benefits to physical ailments including asthma and eczema along with the reduction of stress and anxiety to name a few. During your Salt Cave session, lights are dimmed and Himalayan salt lamps glow, creating a beautiful relaxing ambience. Let the sound of the waves reaching the beach take you as far away as you’d like to go. Don’t worry, taking a nap during your 45-minute Salt Cave session is encouraged. Pick the time that works best for you, the 45-minute sessions begin every hour. The coffee shop and retail store stock hand made products, candles, soaps, bath products alongside a large variety of crystals and giftware's. There are 3 treatments rooms which provide massage, physic readings, healings, bowen therapy, breath-work, ice baths and so so much more. There is a belle tent that is hired out for events Yoga in the tranquil outdoor space.
