Featuring all new luxury furniture and a full range appliances this three bedroom, two bathroom home includes a huge lounge and separate dining room catering for up to 8 people. Set on a corner block with a completely private, screen fenced, back yard incorporating a magnificent sun room, outdoor/barbecue area and off street parking for two vehicles with ample on street parking. Accommodation comprises a Queen bed master bedroom with large en-suite, a Queen second bedroom and a third with two King singles, served by a second bathroom which includes a large bath. In addition 2 fold away king single beds are available. All bedrooms, lounge/dining and kitchen rooms have reverse cycle air conditioning for year round comfort. Other facilities include unlimited high speed internet with Wifi throughout, large smart television with Netflix, all the kitchen facilities and utensils you’d expect including an induction cook top, microwave and coffee machine, plus a range of pantry items to get you going. The laundry is equipped with a large front load washer/dryer, ironing board and iron, some washing powder and an external clothes line. Sleeps eight.
