About Lotus Cafe and Catering
A delicious menu of café favourites can be found at the friendly café known as Lotus on a bright sun-drenched corner in Springfield Central. Think saucy burgers, classic eggs benny and blueberry pancakes as well as acai bowls and falafel wraps. Lotus has developed a great following on weekends too when the vibe is relaxed and sociable and many coffee lovers rock up with their dogs. The beans are roasted by Black Sheep which also supplies Rose’s other cafes, Junior Espresso in the GE building and Cottonwood at the nearby Lend lease display village. Lotus Café & Catering celebrated its tenth birthday in 2023 and owner Rose Bui believes it is her team’s focus on consistency and quality that has kept the business going through the highs and lows of recent years.
