About Happitat Adventure Park
Founded by alpine adventurer Michael Neururer, Happitat is the world's first cliff park set 400 metres above the ancient rainforest canopy of Lamington National Park in the Gold Coast Hinterland. It's a day-long continuous challenge where guests move through cliff-side experiences across ancient terrain. Ziplines launch you into open air above the UNESCO World Heritage rainforest. Cantilevered platforms at the edge offer panoramic views. Via Ferrata routes let you cross sheer cliff faces using steel rungs. Suspension bridges, climbing nets, tightropes and log crossings barely wider than your shoe test your relationship with gravity. Between it all, waterfalls, wildlife, and quiet forest spaces offer moments to pause amongst nature. Here guest numbers are intentionally low, creating space away from the noise. Your guides are safety experts and storytellers who know the ecology and history of the land, coaching guests through every step. Michael's vision was simple: create a space where pushing through fear helps you discover what you're capable of on the other side.
