About Grande Park
With easy access from Grande Avenue, Springfield Lakes, Grande Park boasts a performance stage, tennis courts with field lights, basketball and netball courts, cycling tracks, public toilets, a well-equipped playground and plenty of open space. There is also a bicycle safety learning track - including concreting, street signs and line-markings - to help introduce kids to riding and the rules of the road. For those who have mastered cycling basics, the short dirt BMX and mountain bike track will help develop and hone bike skills like cornering and jumping. Walking paths lead out of the park and can be used to access a nearby bush-land trail from Wild Iris Terrace. An added bonus for dog-lovers is an off-leash dog area set just across from the park at 57 Grande Avenue - so bring your fur babies too!
