About Grandchester Hotel
The historic Grandchester Hotel has been the local meeting place in the country town of Grandchester for decades. The pub, which was rebuilt in the 1950s after a fire, is a family-run business dedicated to serving warm welcomes and space to relax. The pub features a wrap-around verandah for outdoor dining and picnic decks, both of which are dog friendly. Inside there's an airconditioned dining area and function room, as well as a fully stocked bar. There's also a fenced child's play area with lots of toys to keep them busy. The pub serves up lunch and dinner seven days a week - available dine in or takeaway. There's a new menu on offer with classic dishes including a popular chicken schnitzel, crumbed camembert, steak sandwich, beef and bacon burger, lamb cutlets, grilled barra and more. Look out for weekly specials like the AUD12 schnitty night and Wednesday wing special. The new menu also features delicious pizzas, which are available for takeaway all day. Pop in for a visit and be welcomed with a friendly smile, and a safe place to hang your hat, have a yarn, and just relax. Live music on the weekends adds to the relaxed atmosphere.
