Have some free time on your hands? Or need a place to park your caravan? Why not pop by the Goondiwindi Town Park for some time outside and then to the local pool just next door. The Town Park is equipped with toilets and play equipment for the young ones. Picnic tables and shelter are also available for your use to enjoy some food and rest in the shade, alongside a free to use barbecue (just make sure to clean up after yourself). Situated right next to the Goondiwindi Town Pool opened September to March (check Goondiwindi Regional Council's website for full details). Also, the home of the Goondiwindi ANZAC memorial, hosting the annual ceremony. The Hell of the West Triathlon held in February each year utilises this park over a whole weekend, and this is home to their finish line for all the running and triathlon events it holds over the same weekend.
