About Dawn
Dawn’s breezy north facing deck is the ideal spot to retreat to the bush from the beach and enjoy the local wildlife including kangaroos and even the occasional koala. Nestled amongst the native gardens of the architecturally designed “Three Sisters”, Dawn sleeps 4 very comfortably, but up to 7 if you are happy to utilise the available trundle bed (located in the second bedroom) and pull-out sofa bed (located in the lounge room). Dawn has two levels, with high ceilings, polished floors, and a sofa bed in the fully-screened open plan upstairs level. Downstairs has two carpeted bedrooms (one with a queen bed, and one with two single beds and a trundle bed) with ceiling fans and screens, one bathroom, washing machine and dryer. There is also an outdoor shower. A recent makeover has seen an upgrade to Dawn, with the addition of new lounges, soft furnishings, a re-kitted out kitchen, new barbecue, new plantings in the gardens, and Telstra television, Wifi and Foxtel.
