It offers guests a blissful escape from their busy lives, so wake up to a water view in the fully self-contained cottage. The Boathouse is situated on their private lake, both with decks and verandas overlooking the water. This house has a wood fire and open decks overlooking the lake The Boathouse is usually just for two but can sleep six with queen bed and double sofa bed, and a double futon in the loft accessed by a ship's ladder. Down in a hidden dell by the rainforest is Romany Wood, a five-metre bell tent with a queen bed, a four metre bell tent with two singles and the gypsy caravan with a kitchen, bath room and snug space with fireplace. Accommodation is either for two or for two couples or a family of four. Cloudlake provides secluded romantic accommodation for a weekend escape or a longer recharge. Only half an hour from Toowoomba and two hours from Brisbane, Cloudlake Mountain Retreat is centrally located for further exploration to nearby National Parks, lakes, vineyards, antique shops and cafes.
