About Cloncurry Eco Trail
Get out and explore nature on Cloncurry's Eco Trail. The scenic trail winds its way through the outback bushland, from the Cloncurry River Weir to Chinaman Creek Dam. It has several informative signboards, that offer information about Cloncurry’s history as well as the local flora and fauna. The concrete path is great for bikes, prams, rollerblades and more. It is approximately 3.5 kilometres one way and considered a moderately easy walk, with some gentle hills. Make sure to grab a hat and water bottle. There are public toilets at Chinaman Creek Dam but no drinking water.
