About Barkley and Pips Dog Cafe and Boutique

Barkley & Pips is one of those spots; a café where as many puppaccinos are poured in a day as lattes. Where dogs can play in a dedicated play pen complete with ball pit or recline in a bed beside an outdoor table where their humans are enjoying coffee. In summer a plunge pool is added to the play area. The owners Bernie and Lisa Garrity opened Barkley & Pips in 2020 during the mayhem of Covid. “But it wasn’t a total disaster – people still needed to get their dogs out” Bernie said. And the café has garnered steady support ever since, luring visitors from the Gold Coast, Brisbane and even Victoria. Just half an hour from Brisbane (take the Costco exit off the Warrego Highway at Bundamba) this café has dog grooming available on site, as well a colourful array of pet toys, accessories and treats for your fave fido.
